I need my order by Xmas. When is the latest I can order?

To meet the last posting dates for Xmas 2017, we recommend orders are placed before the following dates depending on your delivery location:

1st December Africa, Middle East
5th December Eastern Europe (except Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia), Asia, Cyprus
6th December Caribbean, Central & South America
9th December Australia, New Zealand, Greece
11th December Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Poland
12th December Canada, USA, Finland, Sweden
14th December Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Switzerland
15th December France, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg
18th December United Kingdom

Orders placed after these dates may not be dispatched in time for delivery by Xmas. However, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that orders placed on or before these dates will arrive prior to Xmas as these dates are a guideline issued by the postal service and as such we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery process after we have shipped orders.


Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Please use the shipping calculator on the basket page and enter your address details to view the shipping cost for your order. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the products in the basket.

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours after a successful order has been received. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, such as November and December (prior to Christmas) or during Sale periods it may take longer to ship orders due to the number of orders being processed. Unfortunately, no compensation can be offered for deliveries that take longer than the estimated delivery time. All UK orders should be received within 3-5 working days of being shipped.


International Delivery (Including R.O.I)

Internation Delivery (including the R.O.I) is available, please use the shipping calculator on the basket/checkout page to view costs for your location. If the shipping calculator/checkout is unable to provide you with a shipping cost, this means that we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to your country.

Please note, we do not ship orders to Post Office boxes or international package forwarding services such as (but not limited to) Aramex, Borderlinx or vPost. Any such orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.


My order is marked as "Awaiting Fulfilment". What does this mean?

Orders that are "Awaiting Fulfilment" have been processed and are waiting to be packed prior to shipping. Please note that it may take up to approximately 72 hours (or more, during exceptionally busy times of the year such as just before Christmas) in some cases for an order to be fulfilled and shipped. Please also note that orders are only processed/dispatched on working days (Monday-Friday).


Returns Policy

You have a right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of the goods having been received. A full refund will be processed upon safe return of the item to ourselves.

If you wish to return your item, please e-mail returns@animuk.co.uk, detailing the reasons for the return. Upon receipt of a returns request, you will be provided with an RMA number which must be included in or on the packaging when you return the item. You are responsible for safely packaging the item and all items should be returned with their original packaging/product tags and in an untampered state. If an item is returned missing its original packaging and/or in a non-resaleable state a restocking fee of 15% of the product cost may be charged.

For all clothing items, we are unable to accept returns if they have visible signs of wear, stains or any other marks on them. Clothing must be returned in the state it was received and in it's original packaging (do not remove any tags on the clothing until you are sure it fits). For any clothing items that are received that are the incorrect size, we will gladly replace the item for a different size. Please note however, that you will be expected to return the item to us at your own expense (the replacement item will however be sent free of postal charges).

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on earrings - this is purely for hygiene reasons.


I haven't received my order, where is it?

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us to advise us of this (please allow up to 14 working days for non-European international deliveries). We are subject to Royal Mail policies and procedures in respect to any unreceived orders and as such, please note the following:

- We cannot provide a refund/replacement for any missing/unreceived orders until 15 working days have passed since the item was due to be delivered. For international orders within the EU, this period is 20 working days. For all other countries, a 25 working day period applies.

- We must receive notification of an unreceived order within 80 days. We are unfortunately unable to offer replacement goods/refunds for any unreceived orders reported after this period.

I received my order, but some of the products are damaged. What can I do?

All of our orders are sent with adequate compensation to cover any damage/loss in transit. Please note that you must contact us to inform us of any issues, and not contact the courier directly as they will be unable to help you. To report any products damaged in transit, please use our Contact Form and include your order number, details of the products damaged and also the date the order was delivered. We can then advise regarding the next steps via e-mail.
